What is the price?
Prices starts from Rs.285 P. Sft. up to Rs.350 P. Sft depending on position within the layout. This means the starting price for smallest plot is Rs.285 x ¼ acre = Rs.31.06 Lakhs + registration of approx Rs.3 lakhs.
Can you get bank / home loan for this project?
Since this is an agricultural land, home loan facility is NOT available / applicable though-out India.
Does the price include cost of house or only land?

Is the price negotiable?
Price is slightly negotiable based on payment schedule and/or for bulk purchase of ½ acre or more.
What is the payment schedule?
